Lose yourself, for you will be found.

Let QUMS (Queensland University Musical Society) take you on a journey for our first major concert of the year, as we explore the deeply personal themes of loss, grief, yearning, discovery and salvation.

We're especially proud to be premiering two new works this concert! Why Fly So High is by John Rotar, a young Brisbane-based musician and composer and part of the extended QUMS family. Down To The Water is by Christian Gante, who is not just an incredibly talented pianist in his own right, but our accompanist too.

QUMS is conducted by Guillaume Lemay-Yates as Acting Musical Director.

There will also be a raffle, with lots of great prizes to win!

QUMS accepts Companion Cards for those accompanying paying patrons with disabilities.

UQ is easily accessible by public transport, and car parking is free on weekends. Please refer to UQ's parking information for more details.
