Date: Thursday 15 November, 2018
Time: 9.30–11am

On the third Thursday of each month, come and explore UQ’s world class facilities and reconnect with fellow graduates in the Alumni Relations Centre. Join us for morning tea, followed by a free guided tour.

Yerrabilela: Talking about songs raises the voices of Aboriginal performers talking about the importance of songs and how knowledge is passed between generations.

Join exhibition curator and Director of the UQ Anthropology Museum, Michael Aird, to hear about the collaborative research behind the exhibition and the history of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander flags at the university. Visitors will also have the rare chance to see the Museum’s collection storage, holding over 30,000 cultural items, the largest university collection of its kind in Australia.
