Paterson Boyd

Paterson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science, Majoring in Clinical Exercise Physiology from The University of Queensland. He is also currently at the halfway point in a Master’s of Business and Applied Finance. However his true passion lies in his day job. Paterson is the Dean of Students at St Leo’s College within The University of Queensland. This sees him work with university students on a daily basis helping them navigate the ins and outs of everyday uni life. This enthusiasm for the tertiary education industry all started whilst completing his undergraduate degree. Paterson was involved with the National Association of Australian University Colleges (NAAUC) from 2012-2015, and in 2014 he was the National President. Paterson has always had a passion for helping others and he currently sits on the Board of Directors for the not-for-profit organisation, Youth Without Borders. Paterson also owns a small Espresso bar on Edward Street in the CBD of Brisbane and enjoys music and traveling.
