Opportunity for every Queenslander
The University of Queensland was founded in 1909 by – and for – the people of Queensland. More than a century later, we’ve become a leading global institution for teaching, learning and research, but that founding commitment to Queensland remains at the core of who we are and all that we do.
As the University of and for Queensland, we believe education and opportunity must be available for all Queenslanders.
Together, our goal is to break down all personal, financial and geographical barriers facing Queensland students aspiring to study at UQ by 2032.
