A new generation of giving
Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics (BAFE) students are invited to support future financially disadvantaged BAFE students by contributing to the UQ BAFE Giving Society Fund.
About
The goal of the Fund is to support incoming students undertaking the BAFE program who demonstrate financial need, by raising $25,000 to establish an endowed scholarship. A $1,000 prize will be given each year to a student who can utilise the financial support and embodies the qualities of an excellent student.
By donating, you will provide direct assistance to a financially disadvantaged student. You will also gain entry to the UQ BAFE Giving Society. The UQ BAFE Giving Society was established in 2019 by Emmanuel George to connect graduating students after university, provide updates on the scholarship, and circulate industry opportunities.
Benefits of Donating
- Supporting financially disadvantaged students in perpetuity
- Membership to the UQ BAFE Giving Society
- Direct entry into The Dean’s Society (BEL philanthropic community)
- Access to UQ’s Brisbane City facilities
