The UQ Alumni Association of Singapore was established in 1996 to represent the strong alumni community in Singapore. The Association was developed to assist alumni to continue their engagement with the University and to create social, networking and professional development opportunities.

Andrew Pang - President

Andrew graduated in 2011 with a Bachelors in Arts with an extended major in psychology. After a short stint with Singapore Airlines he opened a speakeasy whisky and cocktail bar in 2015 which evolved into a restaurant soon after. Andrew is the Managing Director of Mycelium Asia Consultancy, Head Mixologist with Lim BAE Cocktails and an image coach with Fleek Image where he helps his clients develop stronger self-confidence, social skills and personal branding. He is also Beam Suntory's Regional Brand Ambassador for the House of Suntory Spirits which include Roku Gin, Chita Whisky, Haku Vodka and Marker's Mark Bourbon.

Andrew balances his time with community work. He chaired the Eurasian Association's fundraising centennial gala dinner raising half a million dollars for low-income families. Andrew sat on the Youth Action Plan panel under MCCY and the National Youth Council which was co-chaired by Senior Minister of State Sim Ann and helped visualise their 2025 mission statement. Andrew now mentors youth groups focused on solving social, environmental and economic national issues.

Delwyn Goh - Vice-President

A sensitive observer with a heart for the communities.

His first dive into the blue oceans sparked a great interest in the marine world and all its inhabitants. Yearning to know more and seeking to create an impact, his search led him to pursue Marine sciences and Microbiology at the University of Queensland.

Upon graduation, he has been an environmental biologist, an aquaculture specialist on a fish farm, and now seeks to create greater impact as an ocean guardian. Through instruction in diving and sharing of knowledge, he inspites more ocean guardians to rise up to be a voices of the oceans.

Noticing gaps and problems that potentially arise from the lack of financial education, he is a financial shepherd, seeking to help guide more people to be able to shepherd their precious sheep and to protect it from the wolves.

Andrea Lim - Vice-President

I am Andrea Lim, and I was a student at UQ from 2016 to 2019, where I did a bachelor’s in business management with honours and majored in Marketing and Sustainability. Despite graduating right on the cusp of the COVID pandemic outbreak, I tried to make the most of the situation by obtaining valuable work experiences through short-term contract roles with companies like Stripe and Microsoft. I am a new member of the UQAAS exco, but I’m eager to help build a vibrant UQ alumni community here in Singapore!
