An entrepreneur, researcher and consultant, Daisy founded her own businesses Insight Data Technologies (China) and InSight4 Analytica (Australia) in the field of workforce analytics and planning services, following her fifteen years of professional experiences with prestigious global consulting firms, Mercer Management Consulting, Ipsos, and TNS Global.
Daisy has demonstrated her domain expertise and thought leadership in data science and digital technology applied in management field through driving long-term product and service innovations in human resource management, mostly in China (while now starting to reach out across the Asia Pacific regions).
Daisy had her MBA with The University of Queensland. Her professional achievement has made her being recognized as Distinguished Global Talent by Beijing Government of China. She also sits at the Technical Management Board of China Council for Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), for international standards development and reviews in human resource management field.
A wife, mother of a ten year old boy, Daisy likes spending time with family, hiking, and reading. She used to travel frequently between Beijing and Brisbane, yet with many restrictions since early 2020, she now shifted her focus mostly in Brisbane for her Australian business setup.
