Mark your calendars for Friday 8 November! UQ's premier event of the year, the UQ Rugby Benefit is moving to London in 2024!
The Benefit is a great opportunity to network with fellow Australians, UQ alum and London-based professionals and executives around the theme and spirit of rugby.
Experience a first-class evening starting with a cocktail reception, followed by a sumptuous three-course dinner. Prepare to be captivated by a live and silent auction, offering incredible prizes, and engage in a lively discussion with a panel of rugby union legends.
Gathering the night before the England vs Australia game of the Autumn Nations Series, this year's stellar lineup includes former Wallabies Vice-Captain and current Rugby Australia CEO Phil Waugh, former Wallaby and candidate for the Chair of World Rugby Dr Brett Robinson, current Wallaroo Lori Cramer and UQ's own Angus Innes who's represented the Barbarians, Cambridge University and played in Japan Pro Rugby.
We'll be raising funds for UQ Rugby and The University of Queensland United Kingdom (UQUK) Trust.
