Sleep is fundamental to long-term health, cognitive performance and emotional wellbeing, but a full 8 hours isn’t always possible.

If you're caught in a cycle of restless nights and fatigued days, research shows that the best strategy may be to worry less about how long you sleep, and focus instead on how well you sleep.

In this UQ Talks event, our experts will explore the neuroscience of sleep, sharing evidence-based strategies to help both adults and kids manage stress and create the right environment for a good night’s rest.
