For our next UQ Talks event, our panel of experts will break down the latest research on longevity, daily movement and nutrition, and share everyday strategies for improving your wellbeing – especially if you spend most of your day at a desk.
This session will give you practical tools to reduce your risk of age-related illness in the long term, while living a more vibrant and energetic life everyday.
