We’re inviting the Gatton community – our neighbours in the Lockyer – to join us on Gatton campus to find out more about the facilities available for everyone to enjoy all year long.
As part of UQ Open Day, explore community resources and meet some of the people who make up our campus team.
Highlights include:
• find out more about the history of Gatton campus with a tour of the historic halls or a visit to the Gatton museum
• enjoy the expansive gardens on campus with a self-guided tour, taking in the free demonstrations in the community garden
• learn more about innovations in agricultural research with drone demonstrations in the central walkway and tours of our research laboratories
• find out more about the facilities on offer for our Gatton community, including our pool and gymnasium, our vet clinic and farrier, and the vocational training offered by UQ Skills
