Her work looks at innovation, decision-making, entrepreneurship, and leadership, including the role of Indigenous women leaders. With years of experience helping teams and organisations adapt and grow, Dr Jordan has worked across government, universities, not-for-profits, and industry to support meaningful, lasting change.
