What is the campaign?
Over our 110-year history, the partnership between donors and UQ has had an extraordinary impact on our community, Queensland, Australia, and the world.
In October 2017, UQ launched our first comprehensive campaign – Not if, When – the Campaign to Create Change.
The campaign provided a platform for the community to partner with UQ to provide greater access to higher education for all, advance research and enrich students’ lives.
The campaign surpassed the initial $500 million goal one year ahead of schedule, closing with over $607 million in donations from more than 16,600 members of the UQ community – half of whom were UQ graduates.
While Not if, When - the Campaign to Create Change has come to a close, UQ's philanthropic efforts will continue to play a powerful role in the University's future missions.
