Mr Tony Kennedy

Beginning his career as an Engineer in the Defence Force, Tony made a career change to the education sector. Over the past two decades Tony has helped educate thousands of students across the Darling Downs. Today he is Principal of Toowoomba’s first State Secondary School where students have access to diverse possibilities and opportunities. Programs in academia, sport, music, the arts, language and community engagement are provided for students to pursue. The learning environment and educational programs, combined with high expectations and personalised support, underpins the school’s philosophy to learning.
