Tamara Armstrong is an Australian visual artist, living and working from her purpose-built art studio at Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast hinterland of Queensland. After making a career shift from being a teacher to a practicing visual artist – she has even been accepted into the Portia Geach Memorial Award – Australia’s most prestigious art prize for female portrait artists.
