Ms Bethwyn Todd

President, Asia Pacific region, Vice President, FMC Corporation, Singapore

Bethwyn Todd leads FMC Corporation’s Asia Pacific (APAC) business and is based in Singapore. She is a progressive and results-focused business leader, having led the growth and transformation of FMC in the APAC region since being appointed to the position in December 2014. Ms. Todd initially performed this role from Shanghai, China. In December 2017, following FMC’s acquisition of a significant portion of DuPont’s crop protection assets, she moved to Singapore to establish FMC’s new APAC headquarters, integrating the two legacy businesses and building a strong management team to drive FMC’s growth agenda for the region.

A highly experienced international business executive, Ms. Todd has held leadership roles in five different countries in her 25-year career. She was previously the Global Business Director of FMC Professional Solutions, Seed Treatment and BioSolutions, based in Philadelphia, USA. Ms. Todd joined FMC in 2010 as APAC Development and Regulatory Manager in Bangkok, Thailand.

Prior to FMC, from 2002 to 2009, Ms. Todd worked at Monsanto, where she held several leadership, commercial and regulatory roles including Managing Director of the Monsanto Australia business. From 1996 to 2002 she worked in the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, holding agricultural policy, program and management roles.

Ms. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Queensland and an MBA from Deakin University.
