Ms Bethwyn Todd

President, Asia Pacific region, Vice President, FMC Corporation, Singapore

Bethwyn is a transformational business leader with executive leadership experience in Australia, USA and across the Asia Pacific region. Most recently she served as Vice President and Asia Pacific President of FMC Corporation. She initially performed this role from Shanghai, China then in December 2017 moved to Singapore to establish FMC’s new Asia Pacific headquarters. During her tenure as FMC’s Asia Pacific President, she led the growth and transformation of the business, tripling revenue and significantly increasing market share and profitability. 

Prior to FMC, Bethwyn worked at Monsanto, where she held several leadership, commercial and regulatory roles including Managing Director of the Monsanto Australia business. Earlier in her career she worked in the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, based in Canberra, holding agricultural policy, program and management roles.

Bethwyn is passionate about inspiring, mentoring and developing talent and creating diverse, high performing organizations where employees find meaning in their work and grow to their full potential. She is a strong advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, with particular interest in advancing women and girls’ leadership, sport and education. 

Bethwyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Queensland and an MBA from Deakin University.
