Join us as we apply lessons from the ChangeMakers event: Profit, planet and people - navigating corporate social responsibility in a practical, expert-led workshop on best practice CSR. Facilitated by UQ CSR expert Professor Neal Ashkanasay OAM and Westpac’s Group Head of Sustainability, Siobhan Toohill, we’ll explore managing stakeholders, CSR best practice and ways to be a ChangeMaker, regardless of your position.

To ensure each attendee has the best experience possible, this workshop will be limited to 25 people.

Professor Neal Ashkanasy OAM
Professor, UQ Business School

Neal Ashkanasy OAM is a Professor of Management at the UQ Business School at the University of Queensland in Australia. He came to academia after an 18-year career in water resources engineering. He received his PhD in social/organisational psychology. His research is in leadership, organizational culture, ethics, and emotions in organisations, and his work has been published in leading journals including the Academy of Management Journal and Review, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and the Journal of Applied Psychology.

Siobhan Toohill
Group Head of Sustainability, Westpac

Siobhan's role covers sustainability governance, including: climate change and human rights policies; community partnerships; Indigenous engagement; the Westpac Foundation, backing community organisations and social enterprises tackling social disadvantage; and the Westpac Bicentennial Foundation – awarding 100 scholarships every year, forever. Siobhan is passionate about the capacity businesses have to create positive impact.
