The generous UQ community is coming together again in 2021 to help transform the lives of students and empower our researchers by raising funds on UQ Giving Day.
This Giving Day, we celebrate the power of the UQ community. Our message is clear: whoever you are, wherever you’re from, you can realise your potential at UQ.
To celebrate this exciting time, UQ will be hosting events across the St Lucia, Gatton and Herston campuses.
If you're at St Lucia, join us at the Great Court from 12-3pm and get involved in our fun activities to celebrate the great causes we are raising funds for.
- Free sausage sizzle run by UQ Union
- Inflatable challenge for UQ community (12-1pm)
- Inflatable challenge for colleges (1-2pm)
- Inflatable free play (2-3pm)
- UQP: Buy a book and support emerging Australian writers
- UQ Sport: Have a go at giant tennis, try the ball pass challenge and badminton
- We'll be launching our new Giving Day Philanthropy Trail (12-3pm), where you can see the amazing impact that donors have had around campus!
Find us at our Giving Day pop-up stalls at Herston and Gatton to get your delicious, free cupcake.
